March 2013 - ChartNet releases version 5.6 of its popular ChartNet software. This new version includes new features such as: improved backup functionality, alerts for remote servers, self-help password reset, better integration with ChartVox Dictation, MP3 audio file compatibility, customized billing stops, increased security for remote servers.
January 2013 - ChartNet releases a beta version of its Web Portal dash board. This new and unique dashboard provides an overall view of the system, including jobs waiting for transcription, VR editing, or QA. The dashboard also reports on TAT and incoming dictations by hour, which provides assistance for scheduling. All individual modules can be drilled down for deep, detailed information.
